This policy applies to short-link destinations, QR-linked content, bio pages, blogs, stores, products, uploaded files, advertisements, and other use of ilnk. It also applies when a site uses a custom domain.
Prohibited use
Do not use ilnk to publish, sell, distribute, or link to content or services that are unlawful or harmful.
- Phishing, malware, credential theft, impersonation, fraudulent offers, or deceptive redirects.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, fake engagement, or attempts to evade limits, suspensions, or moderation.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights, including unauthorized sharing of personal information.
- Child sexual abuse material or exploitation, trafficking, credible threats, or incitement to violence.
- Illegal products or services, counterfeit goods, or misleading product and payment claims.
- Attempts to access another account, interfere with infrastructure, probe systems without authorization, or bypass payment and security controls.
Responsibilities for creators and sellers
Use accurate descriptions and make it clear who is operating your page or store. Maintain permission to publish the material you use, and follow the rules of connected payment, advertising, and domain providers.
Provide the notices, purchase terms, and consent choices required for your audience and business. Do not place code or embeds that compromise visitors or misrepresent the purpose of a page.
Report a problem
Use Contact us to report a harmful link, suspected fraud, privacy concern, or rights complaint. Include the full ilnk or custom-domain URL, a description of the problem, and your contact email. For a rights complaint, explain the work or right concerned and your authority to report it.
Do not send malware files, passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in a report. If there is an immediate threat to safety, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service.
How reports are handled
The administrator may review reports and relevant activity, request more information, block a destination, remove public access to content, or restrict an account. Action depends on the nature of the issue and applicable legal obligations.
If you believe a restriction was made in error, contact us with the affected account email and URLs so the issue can be reviewed.
