Using ilnk

These terms govern your use of ilnk.it and the ilnk platform. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be legally able to use the service and enter any agreements needed for your account or purchases, or have the authorization required by applicable law.

Information about personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use accounts and payment credentials you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not bypass account restrictions, usage limits, payment requirements, ownership checks, or security controls. The available services and limits are those shown for your current plan.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give ilnk permission to host, store, process, display, and deliver that content as needed to provide the services you choose and operate the platform.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your links, media, articles, products, advertising, and other content. You are responsible for its accuracy, lawful use, and any notices or consent your site requires. Public content can be accessed and copied by others.

Links, domains, and external services

Short links direct visitors to destinations chosen by their owners. Hosting, DNS, domain verification, search indexing, and third-party services can affect whether and when a link or site is available. You must own or be authorized to use a connected custom domain.

External websites, sign-in services, payment providers, embeds, and advertising services are governed by their own terms. ilnk does not control their content or operation.

Plans, fees, and subscriptions

Free, Monthly, and Yearly options and their current features are shown in the app. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval and terms shown at checkout unless cancelled. Review the price, currency, applicable taxes, renewal terms, and payment-provider information before purchasing.

Access depends on the subscription status confirmed by the payment provider. Expiry, cancellation, or payment failure may return an account to Free and make Pro-only features or hosted resources unavailable. Cancelling a plan is different from deleting an account.

User-created stores and purchases

Store owners are the sellers of their listed physical products and digital assets. They are responsible for product descriptions, rights to sell, pricing, any applicable taxes and charges, delivery, fulfillment, customer service, returns, and their legal obligations.

Buyers should review the seller's contact information and purchase terms before ordering and contact the seller about a product or delivery problem. Payment services may provide separate dispute procedures. A product purchase from a user's store is separate from a subscription to the ilnk platform.

Misuse and service restrictions

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. ilnk may restrict access, block links, unpublish content, or suspend an account when necessary to address misuse, security risks, payment issues, or legal requirements.

A restriction on platform access does not itself cancel a payment-provider subscription. Manage an existing subscription through its billing controls or contact support if you cannot access them.

Availability and legal rights

Services are provided subject to technical availability and the operation of hosting, network, domain, and payment providers. Keep your own copies of content you need to preserve. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular search ranking, sales results, or a permanent short-link address.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations, liability, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions

The current terms are published here with their update date. Review them when deciding whether to continue using the service.

Questions, complaints, or a request to close your account can be sent through Contact us. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
